This is an Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) non-personal services contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform drinking water, wastewater and/or stormwater sampling, sample stabilization, field analytical services, transportation, laboratory analytical services and reporting for US Army Garrison Fort Hunter Liggett.
