This is a non-personal requirement for Custodial Services at Facility IA032; 2501 S. Lewis Blvd., Sioux City, IA 51106. The performance period is 1 March 2022 to 28 February 2023 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. A site visit will be held Wednesday, 19 January 2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than 19 January 2022 at 5:00 p.m. local time; in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation closing date. Solicitation Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to vendor questions and extend the due date for quotes until January 27, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. local time. Questions and answers are contained within the amended solicitation. A signed copy of the amendment must be submitted in addition to other requirements at the time of quote.
