The purpose of Amendment 2 is to update the Wage Determination for both locations which updated on 27 June 2022. The purpose of Amendment 1 is to update the Wage Determination for IN036 Terre Haute, Indiana. Wage Determination number 2015-4801 Revision 18, dated 10 May 2022. Remove Provision 5152.233-4000. The quote due date and time has been extended to 10 June 2022 at 10am central time. Solicitation W911SA-22-Q-3018 will be issued on 4 May 2022, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Custodial Services at two (2) locations in Indiana. The performance period is 3 August 2022 to 2 August 2023 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to todd.a.dempsey.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes: Signed SF 1449, Completed information from the Supplemental Information section Completed Price Schedule Attachment. Signed Amendments (if applicable) If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
