This is a non-personal requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services at Facility WA035; 5119 Portland Avenue, Tacoma, WA 98404. The performance period is 1 March 2022 to 28 February 2023 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. A site visit will be held Friday, 28 January 2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than 1 February 2022 at 4:30 p.m. local time, in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation closing date. Solicitation Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to correct the site visit date from Thursday, 28 January 2022 to Friday, 28 January 2022. All other solicitation information remains unchanged. Solicitation Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to vendor questions. Questions and answers are contained within the amended solicitation. A signed copy of the amendment must be submitted in addition to other requirements at the time of quote.
