A site visit will be held on 19 July 2021 at 10:00 am local time at address: 2171 South 8th Ave., Fort McCoy, WI 54656. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than July 20, 2021 at 2:00pm CST in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation dosing date. This requirement is for a specialized contractor who has experience performing maintenance on the decorative concrete at the Veterans Memorial Plaza located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin 54656. The period of performance is from 1 August 2021 to 31 July 2022 with 4 option periods and a six month option to extend services. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Solicitation is for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Concrete Maintenance Services at Fort McCoy Veteran Memorial Plaza, Commemorative Area (CA) located in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin; in accordance with the performance work statement, task and frequency charts, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is Unrestricted under the NAICS code 238110 with a size standard of $16.5 Million.
