This is a non-personal requirement for Custodial Services at Facility MO015; 1001 N. Murphy BLVD, Joplin, MO 64801. The performance period is 21 February 2022 to 31 January 2023 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. A site visit will be held Thursday, 16 December 2021 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than 24 December 2021 at 4:30 p.m. local time; in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation closing date. Solicitation Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to vendor questions and extend the due date for quotes until January 14, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. local time. Questions and answers are contained within the amended solicitation. This amendment also updates the Task and Frequency and Wage Determination for the requirement.
