Amendment 2 also updated the POC to include Ms. Jana Knapp, jana.l.knapp.civ@mail.mil Amendment 1: Solicitation W911SA-21-Q-3051 will be amended on or about 14-May-2021 to incorporate the most recent wage determinations. Please acknowledge and sign Amendment with quote. (See added Attachment; W911SA-21-Q-3051 Amendment 1). Offer due date will be extended to 18-May-2021 at 4:00pm Central time. Solicitation W911SA-21-Q-3051 will be issued on or about 5-May-2021 and can be accessed at https://beta.sam.gov. This requirement is for Tanker Purging Services in Buckeye, AZ. The first service performance period is for the quantity of 25 tanks to be purged and inspected between June 1, 2021 and June 7, 2021 and the second service period of performance is for the quantity of 25 tanks to be purged between July 5, 2021 and July 9, 2021. Offeror shall submit a signed SF 1449, completed information from the Supplemental section, responses to Provisions 52.204-24 and 52.204-26, and a completed Price Schedule (Attachment 1). Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access https://beta.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
