This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services for the Commemorative Area at Fort McCoy, WI located at the B901 South S Street, 900 block of the Fort McCoy, WI Installation. This will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the period of performance from 1-April-2021 (or subsequent date) to 31-January -2022 with four (4) one year option periods from February 1 through January 31, and a six month option to extend services. A site visit will be held Tuesday March 9th, 2021 at 10:00 AM Central Time at the B901 South S Street, 900 block of the Fort McCoy, WI Installation. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than March 12, 2021 @ 10:00 AM Central time. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access beta.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. The purpose of Amendment 1 is to correct a formula in cell block E58 of the Attachment 5 Price Schedule update 3-15-2021 and extend the due date to 17 March 2021 at 10:00 AM CST.
