The performance period is from 1-September-2021 to 31-August-2022, including four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. A Site Visit is scheduled at the facility (1610 W Columbia St, Farmington, MO 63640) on Wednesday, 19-May-2021 at 10:00 a.m. CST.
