This requirement is for Refuse Services at Facility SD008 located at 4400 N. Northview Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57107. The performance period is from 1-April-2021 to 31-March-2022, including four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Offeror shall submit a signed SF 1449, completed information from the Supplemental section, responses to Clauses 52.204-24 and 52.204-26, and a completed Price Schedule (Attachment 1).
