The performance period is from 1-June-2021 to 31-May-2022, including four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. A site visit is scheduled at the Facility ID001 (410 W Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702) on Tuesday, 2-March-2021 at 9:30 am. Offeror shall submit a signed SF 1449, completed information from the Supplemental section, responses to Clauses 52.204-24 & 52.204-26, completed Price Schedule (Attachment 1), and a signed Amendment 1.
