This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services at USARC Facility CO128 located located at 13137 E 23rd Ave Aurora, CO 80045. The performance period is 1-April-2021 (or subsequent date) to 31-March -2022 with four (4) one year option periods. A site visit will be held Thursday February 11th, 2021 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time at the CO128 Aurora, CO location. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than 16 February 2021 @ 10:00 AM Central time. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access beta.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. The purpose of Amendment 1 is to respond to vendor questions and to include the WOSB Certification Instructions into the Supplemental Information in paragraph 6. The purpose of Amendment 2 is to change the set-aside from WOSB to 100% Small Business.
