Solicitation W911SA-21-Q-3004 will be issued on or about 20 August 2020 and can be accessed at beta.sam.gov. This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services IN075 with three (3) Multi-Site locations at; IN010 4311 Engle Ridge Road Fort Wayne, IN 46804-4440 The purpose of Amendment 1 is to change the set-aside from SDVOSB to Small Business and extend the offer due date/ local time. AND IN011 2233 Nuttman Avenue Fort Wayne, IN 46809 AND IN030 1801 Dana Parkway Richmond, IN 47374-1330 The performance period is 1-February-2021 (or subsequent date) to 31-January -2022 with four (4) one year option periods from1 February through 31 January, and one six (6) month option to extend services. A Site Visits are scheduled at the facilities on; Site visit: ***A site visit will be held Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at the 10AM (EST) for the IN010 and IN011 locations. The meeting location for this site visit will be at the IN011 location then traveling to the IN010 location as they are near each other. ***A site visit will be held Thursday, September 10, 2020 at the 10 AM (EST) for IN030 Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than 14 September 2020 @ 10:00am CST. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access beta.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. The purpose of Amendment 1 was to update the set-aside to Small Business and to extend the offer due date/ local time to 14 Oct 2020 at 10:00 AM CST. The purpose of Amendment 2 was to remove the CMR CLINs and all language regarding this including the Attachment 5 Price Schedule updated on 13 November 2020. Amendment 2 also extends the offer due date and local time to 17 November 2020 at 10:00 AM CST.
