Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Snow Removal Services for IL051 in Homewood, IL. In accordance with the performance work statement, task and frequency charts, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The performance period is 1-November-2020 (or subsequent date) to 31- October-2021 with four (4) one year option periods and a six (6) month option to extend services.
