The performance period is from 1-May-2021 to 30-April-2022, including four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. A Site Visit is scheduled at the facility (3475 Wisconsin St., Hobart, IN 46342) on Wednesday, 24-February-2021 at 9:00 AM (CST).
