The performance period is 1-March-2021 (or subsequent date) to 28-April-2022 with four (4) one year option periods. A Site Visit is scheduled at the facility (611 West Quinn Road, Pocatello, ID 83201) on January 15th, 2021 at 1000 Local Time.
