Army Reserve Facility KS016 at 2100 Iowa Street, Lawrence, KS 66046-2541 and Army Reserve Facility KS029 at 1700 South Broadway, Salina, KS 67401-7052. The performance period is from 1-November-2020 to 31-October-2021, including four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Offeror shall submit a signed SF 1449, completed information from the supplemental section and a completed Price Schedule. A site visit will not be held. Please ensure you review the drawings, PWS, and any task and frequency or room chart carefully.
