This requirement is for Portable Latrine and Hand Washing Services at Fort McCoy, WI. This will be an IDIQ contract and the period of performance is 1 June 2020 (or subsequent date) to 31 May 2021 with four (4) one year option periods. This Contract contains a phase in period of 30 days prior to 1 June 2020. ***There will no site visit for this requirement because of the COVID-19 restrictions.*** Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later 13 April 2020 @ 9:00 A.M. CST Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.beta.sam.govfor issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. The purpose of Amendment one (1) is to clarify and extend the offer due date to 17 April 2020 @ 0900 CST. Offer must acknow ledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by completing Items eight (8) and 15 and returning one (1) copy of the amendment to email: shannon.a.baker2.civ@mail.mil. The purpose of Amendment Two (2) is to answer vendor questions; administratively updated clause 52.212-5, added clause 52.237-3 and removed clause 52.217-7; and provide photos examples of latrine sites and roads . The Government is reconsidering the maximum quantities for the solicitation and resulting contract, a future amendment w ill be posted with updated quantities.
