This requirement is for Railroad Inspection & Preventative Maintenance Services at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The performance period is 20 April 2020 (or subsequent date) to 19 April 2020 with four (4) one year option periods. ***A Site Visit is scheduled at the facility 2171 South 8th Ave Fort McCoy, WI 54656-5142 on March 12, 2020 at 10:00 am Central Standard Time CST.*** Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.Beta.SAM.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Solicitation is for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Railroad Inspection & Preventative Maintenance Services at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS) and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to fulfill the PWS. The purpose of amendment one (1) is to respond to vendor questions. The date specifed for recept of Offer w ill be extedned to Tuesday, 24 March 2020. The hour due by remains unchanged. Offer Must acknowledge recipt of this ammentment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by completing Items eight (8) and 15 and returning one (1) copy of the amentment to email: shannon.a.baker2.civ@mail.mil. The purpose of Amendment two (2) is to add a line to Attachment 1 - Price schedule to clarify that CLIN 0005 should include the cost sending tw o individuals f or training.
