The closing date for this solicitation is being extended to the 28 February, 2020, at 10:00 CST. Amendment 003 is to update the Miscellaneous Tasks (Section 10; a, b and c) on the Task and frequency, answer vendor questions, and extend the closing date to the 14th of February, 2020 at 10:00 AM CST. Amendment 002 is to update the trash removal on the Task and frequency, update the Price Schedule, and extend the closing date to the 12th of February, 2020 at 10:00 AM CST. Amendment 001 is to change Option 3 Period of Performance (POP) date from 28-Feb- 2024 to 29-Feb-2024. The Solicitation closing date is also being updated to 10-Feb-2020 on SAM Beta, and the questions due date is being changed to 06-Feb-2020. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Custodial services to occur at MO074 in Nebraska (refer to the Performance Work Statement for details on location); in accordance with the performance work statement, task and frequency charts, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is 1 March 2020 through 28 February 2021 with four one-year options and one six month option to extend services. This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Woman Owned Small Business under the NAICS code 561720 with a size standard of $19.5 Million.
