The purpose of Amendment 1 is to update the Wage Determination and to update clauses. Please submit a signed SF1449 and Amendment 1 and 2 SF30. A site visit is scheduled for June 5, 2020 at 10:00 am local time. The location of the site visit is at Fort McCoy, located at 2171 South 8th Avenue, Fort McCoy, WI 54656-5142. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than June 8, 2020 at 10:00 am Central (local) Time in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation dosing date. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.beta.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Solicitation is for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Groundwater Monitoring and Well Abandonment Services at Fort McCoy located in Wisconsin; in accordance with the performance work statement, attachments, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is 1 August 2020 through 31 July 2021 with four one-year options and one six month option to extend services. This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Small Business under the NAICS code 541380 with a size standard of $16.5 Million.
