The solicitation is currently labeled as "Solicitation in Amendment 1 Conformed Copy" and it is to be treated as the original solicitation. Solicitation is for non-personal services. There will be no site visits concerning this solicitation. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform refuse and recycling collection services to occur at multiple locations in Wisconsin (refer to the Performance Work Statement for details on locations); in accordance with the performance work statement, task and frequency chart, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is 1 April 2020 through 31 March 2021 with four one-year options and one six month option to extend services. This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Small Business under the NAICS code 562111 with a size standard of $41.5 Million.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort McCoy, WI is conducting market research in order to determine the availability and capability of 100% total small business set asides interested in performing refuse and recycling collection including disposal services at US Army Reserve Centers geographically located in Wisconsin State at the following eight (8) locations: Green Bay, Eau Claire, Junction City, Manitowoc, Neenah, Sheboygan, Wausau, and Hammond, WI. A draft PWS and Task/Frequency Chart are attached to provide more detail. Work to be performed shall be under a firm fixed-price type contract and will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 562111-Solid Waste Collection with a size standard of $38.5 Million.
