Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Snow Removal Services for Multi-Site Facility located in Pewaukee, WI and Milwaukee, WI? in accordance with the performance work statement, task and frequency charts, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The performance period is 1- November-2019 (or subsequent date) to 31- October-2020 with four (4) one year option periods and a six (6) month option to extend services. This procurement is Set-Aside as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business under NAICS Code 561790 with a size standard of $7.5 Million.
