Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Custodial Services at IA058 Multi-Site Facilities located in Fort Dodge and Decorah, IA? in accordance with the performance work statement, task and frequency charts, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The performance period is 15-September-2019 (or subsequent date) to 31- July -2020 with four (4) one year option periods. This procurement is Set-Aside as Woman Owned Small Business under NAICS Code 561720 with a size standard of $18.0 Million.
