The site visit will be conducted at 2100 Iowa Street, Lawrence, KS 66046 at 10:30AM Local Time, 500 SW 42nd Street, Topeka, KS at 12:00PM LOCAL TIME and 1521 E. Laning Street, Osage City, KS at 1400 PM LOCAL TIME all on 27 February 2019*** Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than 28 February 2019 at 1600 PM Central Time in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation closing date. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Solicitation for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform Grounds Services at various locations in the states of Kansas; in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 1 April 2019 (or subsequent date) through 31 March 2020 with four (4) one year option periods and a six (6) month option to extend services. This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business under the NAICS Code 561730 with a size standard of $7.5 Million.
