The site visits will be conducted at on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 410 Leffler Street, Dodgeville, WI at 0900 AM Local time and 619 W Wisconsin Ave, Beaver Dam, WI at 1300 PM Local time. On Friday, February 22, 2019 at 220 Gould Street, Pewaukee, WI at 0900 AM Local Time and 1855 Wisconsin Street, Sturtevant, WI at 1300 PM Local time. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than February 2019 at 0400 PM Central Time in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation closing date. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of this solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Solicitation for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform Grounds Services at various locations in the state of Wisconsin; in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contract will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 01 April 2019 (or subsequent date) through 31 March 2020 with four (4) one year option periods and a six (6) month option to extend services.
