This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the documents incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, November 6, 2017. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 561730 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.5 million. Description of Work: The intent of this contract is to secure services (inclusive of supplies) for tree trimming and tree removal (grounds) work at a facility located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Please review all of the attachments in order to better understand the services required and to fill in the prices in the solicitaiton. Contractor Responsibility: The Contractor shall provide everything - including, but not limited to, all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services - necessary to perform the services in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the work. Vendors must be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) prior to receiving a government contract (formerly Central Contractors Registration or CCR). No pre-bid meeting is scheduled.
