AMENDMENT 0001: This amendment extends solicitation due date to 2:00PM CST on 13 JUN 2019 and provides drawings with visible notes, replaces Attachment 4 Wage Requirements with current version (CA190022 05/03/2019 CA22) and includes responses to all questions received. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort McCoy has a requirement for the interior/exterior repair of the U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC) El Monte, which is located at 1200 Potrero Ave, South El Monte, CA 91733. Solicitation W911SA-19-B-2011 is being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) utilizing procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated this requirement will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% HUBZone Small Business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and the Period of Performance will be 180 after the Notice to Proceed.
