AMENDMENT SUMMARY: Amendment 0001 was inadvertently missed due to a system glitch. Amendment 0002 provides response to questions received and Amendment 0003 provides response to additional questions inadvertently missed on initial amendment and extends solicitation due date to no later than 2:00 PM CST on 21 MAY 2019. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort McCoy has a requirement for the repair and expansion of a privately owned vehicle (POV) parking area and pavilions at the Army Reserve Center (ARC) Maurice L. Britt, which is located at 8001 Camp Robinson Road, North Little Rock, AR 72118. Solicitation W911SA-19-B-2004 is being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) utilizing procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. This solicitation is a 100% HUBZone Small Business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238990 with a small business size standard of $15 million. It is anticipated this requirement will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and the period of performance will be 180 days after the notice to proceed. A scheduled site visit will be held on 17 APR 2019 at 10:00 AM Local Time. See attached solicitation for details, map and address of this site visit. All questions regarding this solicitation package shall be submitted by email to the designated Contract Specialist no later than 10:00 AM PST on 24 APR 2019. All bids are due no later than 2:00 PM CST on 21 MAY 2019 and shall be sent directly to the MICC Fort McCoy office in Wisconsin as identified in the attached solicitation. Parties interested in this solicitation should access the web page (fbo.gov) for the future issuance of any associated documents and solicitation amendments. Contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation posting and/or amendments.
