The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy has a requirement to construct, repair, and /or replace cement concrete pavements, sidewalks, curb and gutter, construct new gravel roadways, parking areas, and open lots at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Work to be performed under this firm, fixed price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract will be within the North American Industry Classificaiton System (NAICS) Code 237310 with a small business size standard of $36,500,000.00. Project magnitude is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Period of Performance will be a one year base plus two option years. Parties interested int he solicitation should access the web page (fbo.gov) for the future issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue this solicitation within 30 days of this presolicitation notice. The site visit time will be provided with the solicitation once it is issued.
