Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to establish a design-build indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity multiple award task order contract (MAID-IQ) based on a general statement of work further defined within each individual task order. The work will consist of multiple disciplines in general construction categories to include maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property location at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Resultant task orders may be based on Government provided 35%, 65%, or 100% designs or may require the contractor provide a design to build the project. It is anticipated the resultant contract will be a five year contract with no option periods. This will be an unrestricted procurement where the Government will award up to 10 contracts reserved for small businesses. The NAICS code 236220 will be used for this solicitation with a small business size of $36.5 million. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. There will be an initial site visit for this requirement. Review the solicitation for the date/time/location. The magnitude of this solicitation is $25,000,000 and $100,000,000 for a total of five years of the contract. Contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
