AMENDMENT 0001: Provides response to questions received. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort McCoy has a requirement to construct a new maintenance facility at William O Darby ARC, 101 Fort Street Barling, AR 72923. Work to be performed under this firm-fixed price contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $36,500,000 million. Solicitation W911SA-18-B-2029 is being issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) utilizing procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed-price contract. This solicitation, associated documents and any solicitation amendments shall be posted directly at the Federal Business Opportunities website. Interested Offerors will not be notified directly of any solicitation amendments. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-aside. Project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Period of Performance will be 180 after the notice to proceed. A scheduled site visit is being held on 30 JAN 2019 at 10:00 AM local time.
