The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington, anticipates a solicitation for Oil Water Separator (OWS) cleaning and maintenance services. The resulting requirements contract will provide comprehensive OWS maintenance at JBLM, including personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, and disposal of sediment, sludge, and contaminated water, in compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. The contract is expected to consist of a base period plus four one-year option periods, commencing on or about June 1, 2027, with Firm-Fixed-Price task orders issued as needed. The government anticipates releasing the solicitation between mid-October and early November 2026, and it will be available exclusively via SAM.gov.
