The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, labor, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to monitor, maintain, repair, replace, survey, and manage the current Joint Base Lewis- McChord (JBLM) Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection Systems IV (ICIDS IV).The ICIDS IV systems covered under this requirement include but are not limited to the commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment including the ICIDS IV architectural platform and associated maps and head-end programming within the ICIDS IV Starwatch Security Management Solution, various interior and exterior sensors, Audio Recording Systems, Security VLAN connections, Closed-Circuit TV (CCTV), and COBRA Automatic Number Plate Recognition Systems. The overall objective is to ensure that all activated ICIDS IV systems located at JBLM, Washington continue to be properly monitored, maintained, repaired, and administered at 100% operational levels until ICIDS IV operations are transferred to a Government facility and the follow-on contract for this requirement can be competed after this sole source Bridge action is awarded.
