The contractors shall lift and rotate ARMAG 180 degrees, disconnect the existing 120-volt power, communication line, and two each ground rods. The contractor shall install weatherproof j-boxed and extend power and communication in rigid conduit above ground, reconnect and reconnecting the two ground rods. Work shall take place at the Regional Correctional Facility on Joint Base Lewis-MCchord (JBLM), WA.
