Retrofit kits shall include integrated LED that have a Correlated Color Temperature (CCT) of 4000K, a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of at least 80, and shall be listed as either Energy Star or included on the Design Lighting Consortium (DLC) list. Remove all interior components of all recessed fixtures; this includes, but is not limited to; ballasts, lamps, trim, tombstones, wire covers, and lenses. This Solicitation was amended.
