**SEE ATTACHED AMENDMENT TO THE SOLICIATION AND Q&A RESPONSES** All quotes are due no later than the date and time specified in this announcement. No offer will be accepted if received after this date and time. Quoters shall submit their quotes in Adobe Portable Document (PDF), Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Excel format. PDF files shall be searchable and shall allow the Government to copy and paste as text to another document. A site visit is scheduled for 24 March 2022 at 10:30 PDT. Interested attendees are asked to meet at Building 9116, on Mil Park Ave. This will be the only site visit conducted; requests for additional site visits will be denied. Potential vendors must register with the Contract Specialist no later than 15:00 PDT on 22 March 2022. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is recommended but not required; vendors are responsible for providing their own PPE. Potential vendors requiring post access assistance should contact Eric Coday via email at eric.c.coday.civ@army.mil no later than 15:00 PDT on 23 March 2022. All questions during the site visit will be submitted to the Contract Specialist listed in this announcement. Any questions concerns, verification or clarification of information of the documents included in the solicitation package shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist no later than 15:00 PDT, local time on 28 March 2022. Include in the subject line of the email the Government’s solicitation number; failure to do so will lessen the Government’s ability to ensure all questions are considered during the solicitation process. Offerors are responsible for ensuring and confirming the contracting office received the electronic quote submission prior to the deadline. Offers are due no later than 1200, 15 April 2022.
