Requests for additional site visits will be denied. A site visit is scheduled for June 09, 2021 at 09:00 AM PDT. Interested attendees are asked to meet at Building J01419 Union Ave, JBLM-McChord Field, WA 98433 and immediately after will meet at Building 11575 41st Division Dr., JBLM-Lewis North, WA 98433. Potential vendors must register with She-Asia Williams not later than 09:00 AM PDT on June 08, 2021. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is recommended but not required; vendors are responsible for providing their own PPE. Potential vendors requiring post access assistance should contact Richard Winter via email at richard.p.winter.civ@mail.mil no later than 09:00 AM PDT on June 08, 2021. All questions during the site visit will be submitted to She-Asia Williams. Any questions concerns, verification or clarification of information of the documents included in the solicitation package shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist no later than 09:00 AM, local time on June 18, 2021. Include in the subject line of the email the Government’s solicitation number; failure to do so will lessen the Government’s ability to ensure all questions are considered during the solicitation process.
