The work shall consist of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with the contract, the Statement Of Work (SOW), and identified drawings to Replace Boilers (BLDG 12731, 12734, 12737, 12741, 1401) and Repair Domestic Hot Water Heaters (11671, 11672, 11674, 12630), Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. The following is a brief summary of the project and is provided solely for the purpose of revealing the general nature of the work involved: Contractor shall replace five (5) boilers in Buildings 12731, 12734, 12737, 12741, 1401; Repair HVAC DDC Energy Management Control System (EMCS) in BLDGs 12731, 12734, 12737 and 12741; Remove Underground Storage Tanks – 12731, 12734, 12737 and 12741; Replace DHWH in Building 11671, 11672, 11674; Repair Domestic Hot Water Heater Piping – BLDG 12630.
