Exhibit 1 - W911S820Q0013 Request for Quote along with Attachments 1 through 4 provide full information for this solicitation. A site visit is scheduled for August 6 2020 at 0900 PDT. Interested attendees are asked to meet at the entrance to Building 8300 at 0900 PDT on North Fort, JBLM WA. Once Building 8300 has been toured then buildings 2402, 2095, and 6995 will be visited. This will be the only site visit conducted; requests for additional site visits will be denied. Attendance to the site visit will be used as an evaluation criteria for this procurement. Nonattendance to the site survey will result in the quoter to be non-responsive. Potential vendors must register with Peter Landucci at peter.m.landucci.civ@mail.mil and MAJ Travers Doane at travers.h.doane.mil@mail.mil no later than 2:00 PM PDT on 05 August, 2020. Masks are required for site visit. Additional Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is recommended but not required; vendors are responsible for providing their own PPE. Potential vendors requiring post access assistance should contact Peter Landucci via email at peter.m.landucci.civ@mail.mil no later than 2:00 PM PDT on 05 August, 2020. All questions during the site visit will be submitted to MAJ Travers Doane at travers.h.doane.mil@mail.mil Quotes are due by 14 August 2020 no later than 1700 PDT.
