Attachment 1 - W911S8-20-Q-0007 Request for Quote - provides full information for this solicitation. A site visit is scheduled on June 9, 2020 between 9:00-11:00 AM PDT. Interested attendees are asked to meet at the entrance to the mechanical room BLDG 11465 19th and A St, JBLM-North, WA. This will be the only site visit conducted, requests for additional site visits will be denied. Potential vendors must register with Mrs. Kacee Copus not later than 2:00 PM PDT on June 5, 2020. To ensure adherence to the current COVID guidance, potential vendor appointments will be scheduled within the time frame to ensure social distancing is maintained. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is recommended but not required; vendors are responsible for providing their own PPE. Potential vendors requiring post access assistance should contact Mitch Hayes via email at mitchell.r.hayes2.civ@mail.mil no later than 2:00 PM PDT on June 5, 2020. All questions during the site visit will be submitted to Mrs. Kacee Copus. Proposals are due by 17 June 2020 no later than 3:00PM PST.
