SBA Certified Economically Disadvantaged WOSB (EDWOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15)

This is a non-personal services contract for commercial recycling collection, transportation, and management at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), with support for expanded brass collection at the Yakima Training Center. The contractor is solely responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and services to meet the standards in the Performance Work Statement. The government will not supervise the contract service providers.
