This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisitions Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number for this synopsis/solicitation is W911S8-24-A-0002. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA intends to award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for three (3) years for propane gas and delivery IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and BPA Terms and Conditions. There is no minimum purchase agreement for this BPA and the Government is only obligated to the extent of authorized calls placed against the BPA (Reference attached BPA terms and conditions, which is incorporated as part of this solicitation). Payment for these services will be made via Government Purchase Card. The maximum call limit for this BPA will be $10,000. The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for procurement of propane gas and delivery as needed from 01 December 2023 - 30 November 2026. Amendment 1- November 16, 2023.
