The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Joint Base Lewis -McChord (JBLM), Washington has a requirement for a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for JBLM Kitchen Hood Cleaning Services in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at JBLM to include the areas of JBLM-Main, JBLM-North, JBLM-McChord Field, and Yakima Training Center (YTC). Services include the Contractor, partnering with the installation, and providing the personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to inspect and clean kitchen hoods. Services must be in accordance with procedures recommended by the respective manufacturer(s), commercial industry practice, and in compliance with National Fire Protection Association 96 (NFPA 96) standards. The term of the contract will consist of a 12-month base performance period, and four (4) 12-month option periods, commencing on or about 1 December 2022. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210, Facilities Support Services; the Small Business Administration size standard is $41.5M.
