PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Repair by Replacement Obsolete Circuit Cards at the Waste Water Treatment Plant , Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington W911S8-21-R-0005 Pre-Solicitation Only. This is for informational purposes. No Solicitation is currently provided. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Joint Base Lewis -McChord (JBLM), Washington anticipates issuing a solicitation for a single award contract for the Repair by Replacement Obsolete Circuit Cards at the Waste Water Treatment Plant on Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM) Washington. The Contractor shall provide, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials to perform a turn-key end-to-end repair by replacement of obsolete circuit cards at the JBLM Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) per these specifications. There are 57 existing obsolete circuit cards to be repaired by replacement. They are located within the WWTP facility in 5 different control panels. The anticipated period of performance is nine (9) months after award of contract. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210, Facilities Support Services, the Small Business Administration size standard is $41.5M per annum. The Government anticipates release of the solicitation on or around 16 February 2021, with a projected closing date of 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on 18 March 2021. No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed; the solicitation will only be available via the Contract Opportunities section of the beta.SAM website at https://beta.sam.gov/. The solicitation will provide pre-proposal conference information if needed. Notification of any changes (amendments) to the solicitation will be posted only at the beta.SAM website, https://beta.sam.gov/. It is the prospective contractor’s responsibility to check the website frequently for any updates, amendments or any additional information. The Government will not be held responsible for any information a prospective contractor does not receive once the information is issued on beta.SAM.
