The site visit is scheduled for APRIL 2, 10:00 AM PDT at 11575 and 41st Division Dr. Parking lot (Please refer to the attachment "11575 Site Walk Location for the Map Location). Other Potential vendors must register with Amanda Ramirez not later than 10: 00 AM on 1 April, 2021. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required; vendors are responsible for providing their own PPE. Potential vendors requiring post access assistance should contact Eric Coday via email at eric.c.coday.civ@mail.mil no later than 10:00 AM PDT on April 1, 2021. All questions during the site visit will be submitted to Amanda Ramirez at amanda.m.ramirez24.civ@mail.mil. Any questions concerns, verification or clarification of information of the documents included in the solicitation package shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist, Amanda Ramirez at amanda.m.ramirez24.civ@mail.mil no later than 10:00 AM, local time on April 7, 2021. Include in the subject line of the email the Government’s solicitation number; failure to do so will lessen the Government’s ability to ensure all questions are considered during the solicitation process.
