See Technical Exhibits 1-7 and Work Capability Levels. The contractor shall provide commercially established grounds maintenance services in three classifications: improved, semi-improved (common areas), and fire break areas on JBLM. These services include mowing, trimming, edging of lawns and vegetation, servicing planter beds and storm water features, prune trees and shrubs, repair lawns, pickup and diversion of green debris and leaves, weed control and seasonal lawn treatment, storm clean-up and special/additional services.
