This is a non-personnel construction to construct a concrete slab and subbase and install a basketball court. The concrete slab shall accommodate a manufactured outdoor interlocking tile NBA full size Basketball Court. See Technical Exhibit 1 attached showing the location of the Basketball Court. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personnel work necessary to perform preparation and installation of the Basketball Court to include two Basketball Goals with nets, see Scope section. Prospective bidders are recommended to do a site visit prior to bid (see site visit clause for date and time).
