Interested attendees are asked to meet at the Museum hangar J00301, JBLM, WA (McChord Field). This will be the only site visit conducted; requests for additional site visits will be denied. Potential vendors must register with SFC Anthony Pylant via email at anthony.k.pylant.mil@mail.mil not later than 2:00 PM PDT on 1 September, 2020. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is recommended but not required; vendors are responsible for providing their own PPE. MASKS ARE REQUIRED AND MUST BE PROVIDED BY THE VENDOR Potential vendors requiring post access assistance should contact John Tobin via email at john.tobin.7@us.af.mil no later than 2:00 PM PDT on 1 September, 2020. Any questions concerns, verification or clarification of information of the documents included in the solicitation package shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist, SFC Anthony Pylant, no later than 2:00 PM PDT on 8 September, 2020. Include in the subject line of the email the Government’s solicitation number; failure to do so will lessen the Government’s ability to ensure all questions are considered during the solicitation process. Proposals are due by 16 September 2020 no later than 10:00 AM PDT.
