Exhibit 1 - W911S8-20-Q-0014 Request for Quote - provides full information for this solicitation. A site visit is scheduled on 10 August, 2020 at 9:00 AM PDT. Interested attendees are asked to meet at the entrance to BLDG J00736, JBLM, WA. This will be the only site visit conducted; requests for additional site visits will be denied. Potential vendors must register with CPT Elena Savchenko no later than 2:00 PM PDT on 5 August, 2020. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is recommended but not required; vendors are responsible for providing their own PPE. Potential vendors requiring post access assistance should contact Mitch Hayes via email at mitchell.r.hayes2.civ@mail.mil no later than 2:00 PM PDT on 5 August, 2020. All questions during the site visit will be submitted to CPT Savchenko at elena.d.savchenko.mil@mail.mil. Any questions concerns, verification or clarification of information of the documents included in the solicitation package shall be emailed to CPT Savchenko at elena.d.savchenko.mil@mail.mil no later than 4:00 PM PDT on August 12, 2020. Include in the subject line of the email the Government’s solicitation number. Proposals are due by 19 August 2020 no later than 3:00PM PDT.
